Does your item have a major design flaw? You have 14 days after receipt of your purchase to return it!

The dismissal is subject to the decision of Coin Lecture management and the following conditions.

  • Your product has a major design flaw.
  • Return costs are your responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

REFUND

If the package gets lost on the way, what happens? Coin Lecture guarantees your order in case it does not arrive. This is very rare, but can happen with some carriers.

After 30 days without having received your order (i.e. twice the normal time) you can contact us to receive an apology gift .

If the order has still not arrived after another 14 days, we offer you two options:

  • Either, we return the packages from your order.
  • Either, we will refund your order

Delays due to the COVID-19 crisis constitute force majeure and do not give rise to our liability.
